Once your payment is processed, we immediately send a reconnection order to the Transmission and Distribution Service Provider (TDSP). They complete these requests in the order they receive them, and while most reconnections happen within about two hours, it can take longer if the meter cannot be reconnected remotely. If your power is still off, please contact our Customer Care Team at 1-888-963-9363 during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM), and we’ll work with you to ensure everything is moving forward. I moved in and needed electric ASAP. I was sleeping in the floor with two little kids throw blankets layered in like 5 layers of cold testing to keep warm. They had my light in Monday morning. I did have to sleep like that all weekend but since then I’ve had no problems. Should probably try to look towards opening a weekend line though.

I have been unable to log into my online account for 5 months…. It doesn’t accept my password. Every time I log on, forget worried, change the password. It says accepted. Then try to log in with the new pe and it says incorrect information. For 5 months!!!! I’m sick and tired of changing it and waiting 15 minutes to try again and still can’t log in. I can’t make payments on the phone with me cards because customer service closes before I can get off work. Can someone please rest my password so I can long online to pay… This is utterly ridiculous

This company sucks if you pay your bill on Saturday you will not be reconnected in they take your money like your lights or on it’s ridiculous especially if you have grandchildren for little kids in the winter……. I give them no Rate no Rate
