Customers can always review their current plan on the Electricity Facts Label via the My Account Portal at paylesspower.com This document will show you the details of your current plan, including price per kWh used, as well as the daily charge and any Early Termination Fees. Our 6 and 12-month plans are fixed rate, meaning your charge per kWh from Payless Power does not change. Keep in mind that for you can also see a breakdown of your billing via the My Account Portal, which lists any charges you received for your daily billing. Payless Power bills it's customers based on the amount of electricity they use. If your home consumes more electricity, the higher charges you may see on your billing. This is especially true during the summer and winter months, where customers historically use more power than they typically do. Don’t like the fact next day is gone went from using $7 a day to 13 for some reason and cannot talk to a customer service representative when you call

Customers are billed based on the amount of electricity they consume, and if more is used they may see a larger charge. Customers will typically consumer more electricity during the summer and winter times with the usage of air and heating units for their respective seasons. You can always review your billing via the My Account Portal at paylesspower.com as it will break down what charges you receive on each of your bills. I’m paying up to almost 12 dollars a day this is crazy seriously. I’m so not happy or satisfied with this company

I wish There was better education on the browser. It seems that I always get an error of fraud saying that I have out on my end. The agent never explained it will help me go through the correct way.
